1. Registration & Enrollment
Eligibility: To participate in our programs, participants must meet the eligibility requirements set by the academy, including age limits, skill levels, and medical conditions.
Registration: Participants must complete the registration process, including providing accurate personal information and payment details.

2. Code of Conduct
Respect: All participants must behave respectfully towards coaches, fellow players, and staff members. Bullying, discrimination, or inappropriate behavior will not be tolerated.
Punctuality and Attendance: Participants are expected to arrive on time for scheduled sessions. Repeated tardiness or absenteeism may lead to suspension or removal from the program.
Equipment and Safety: Participants are responsible for bringing appropriate cricket equipment, including bats, pads, helmets, and gloves. The academy will provide necessary equipment for certain sessions, but personal protective gear is encouraged.
Health and Fitness: Participants should ensure they are physically fit to participate in training and matches. Any medical conditions must be disclosed to the academy in advance.
3. Liability & Safety
Injury Waiver: The academy does not accept liability for any injuries sustained during training sessions, matches, or other activities unless caused by the academy’s negligence. All participants must sign an injury waiver as part of the registration process.
Medical Treatment: In case of injury or medical emergency, the academy will make reasonable efforts to contact the designated emergency contact. In the event that emergency medical care is required, the academy reserves the right to arrange transportation to the nearest medical facility.
Supervision: Participants under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian who will be responsible for their actions and behavior during academy activities.
4. Program Changes and Cancellations
Cancellation by the Academy: The academy reserves the right to cancel or reschedule any programs or events due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, instructor availability, or low enrollment). In such cases, participants will be notified and may receive a refund or credit for future sessions.
